Space2Make Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth registration process, please familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy outlined below:

Workshop Bookings:

To secure your place in a workshop, full payment is required at the time of booking. You can conveniently make your payment in person or online. 

As long as there are available spots, workshop bookings can be made up to 24 hours prior to the workshop start time. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for all workshops, as each session is time-sensitive.

Please refrain from arriving early to prevent interrupting the previous session or another class preparations. 

Workshop Cancellations by You:

We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. However, please note that all our workshops and classes are non-refundable. We strive to provide fair pricing, value for money and fair pay to our tutors which is why we have a clear cancellation policy in place. We kindly urge you to carefully review your availability before booking a workshop. In the event that you need to cancel a workshop booking, your options are as follows:

1. More than 7 Days Notice: If you provide more than 7 days notice to cancel a workshop booking, the following options are available:

- Transfer: We are happy to transfer your booking to another workshop, subject to availability.

- Voucher: If suitable future dates are not available for a transfer, we can provide you with a voucher that can be used for a future workshop booking.

- Replacement: You are welcome to send someone else in your place. However, please inform us in advance about the replacement attendee's details.

2. Less than 7 Days Notice: If you provide less than 7 days notice to cancel a workshop booking, the following options apply:

- Transfer if RESOLD: We can now only transfer your booking to a future workshop if we are able to resell your place.

- Last-Minute Availability: If your place is not resold, we can add you to a last-minute availability waiting list for a future workshop date. If there are unsold places within 24 hours of the workshop, we will offer you a spot at 50%. Please note that this option is not a guaranteed space, but we will do our best to fill it within the given timeframe. Please be aware that filling places on short notice can be challenging and may be an afternoon slot.

Workshop Cancellations By Us:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, we will offer you the following options: transfer to another date, a voucher for future use, or a full refund. Please note that we will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses you may incur due to the cancellation.
