Cancellation Policy

Our small business understands that things can happen unexpectedly and plans may change. However, we also invest a lot of time, effort, and resources into planning and preparing our events. In order to ensure that we can continue to provide quality events for everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation by the attendee: If an attendee needs to cancel their participation in our event, refunds will be provided according to the following terms:

- If the cancellation is requested more than 14 days before the event date, a full refund will be provided.

- If the cancellation is requested less than 7 days before the event date no refund will be provided but you can send someone in your place.

We understand that certain situations may arise that prevent an attendee from being able to make it to an event, which is why we offer a full refund given a reasonable amount of notice. We hope that our attendees understand and respect our cancellation policy as it helps our business to continue providing quality events.
